It is mid September and I sit here under an old oak in our back yard staring at my sweet sleeping half naked baby. My mini dachshund curled up around her. A dollop of peace in my day. The first of many cool breezes sweeps across my face giving a tiny taste of the Autumn to come. Moments like this. Taking in a deep breath..I listen to the birds and watch the wind blow through the tall grass.

This is a snippet of what I call Country Nourishment.

Her artwork is warm and inviting. Reminds me to soak up the mundane moments with our little one. She created plenty of pieces but I love the few we featured here.

What We Are

Loving Lately

Our new additions to the family.

The sign above the store pen read Bantam Assorted Chicks. We are thinking our newly adopted friends are Silkies due to the black skin, 5 toes, and fluffy feet.
